Influencer Agreement

This Influencer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Authors & Readers Collective LLC, d/b/a ARC, d/b/a Rebels & Realms ("Organizer"), and the below-signed party ("Influencer") who will participate in the Rebels & Realms Book Convention held at Rogers Convention Center (owned and operated by JDHQ Hotels LLC, d/b/a Embassy Suites by Hilton NW Arkansas Hotel Spa and Convention Center) from July 16 to July 19, 2026 ("Event"). This Agreement is considered binding and enforceable from the date it is signed.

DEFINITIONS

Influencers: individual who owns and/or operates the below specified username(s)

Hotel: JDHQ Hotels LLC, d/b/a Embassy Suites by Hilton NW Arkansas Hotel Spa and Convention Center

Venue: Rogers Convention Center

The Arcanum: Collective term for Authors, Narrators, Vendors and Influencers

INFLUENCER PERKS

  • 1 All Access Pass to Rebels & Realms 2026

    • Cocktails & Game Night

    • All Convention Hall times

    • Choice of Panels/Q&As

    • Trial of Fates After Party 

    • …any future announced events

  • Arcanum Hospitality Room

    • This room will have snacks and refreshments and is exclusive to authors, vendors, narrators and influencers.

  • Additional All Access Passes = $75

    • Max of 2 unless otherwise agreed upon

WHAT INFLUENCERS CAN EXPECT FROM REBELS & REALMS

Social Media

  • Featured on our website with links to socials and your website

  • A social post announcing you as a “Rebels & Realms Influencer”

  • General support for your announcement via reposting or stories. ​

Communication

General

  • Email responses within 24 hours

  • Multiple avenues of communication - social media dms, email, Rebels & Realms website contact form, messaging app (coming soon).

 

Monthly Arcanum Update

  • Virtual monthly meeting - tentatively scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of every month beginning August 21st, time TBD.

  • Attendance is not required. Setting is casual.  

  • We’ll give a brief update on Arcanum members, ticket sales, and event planning, then open the floor to conversation and questions with all in attendance.  

 

Monthly Arcanum Newsletter

  • Will contain important upcoming announcements, dates, promotions, etc.

Event Policies

Influencer agrees to be present for the duration of the event starting 7/16/26 and concluding 7/19/26 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Influencers are subject to the attached "R&R Policies" document and agree to abide by them. Additionally, all incidents involving Influencers will be documented and Organizers reserve the right to assess the nature and context of each situation and use their judgement to determine what, if any, consequences are necessary.'
