Storage & Handling Fee (if applicable) = $100

  • Flat fee.100% of this fee goes to cover the cost of receiving, organizing, storing, and moving boxes out to the convention floor.

  • We will accept shipments starting July 1st, 2026. More info to come.

Hospitality Lounge

This break space will be available to all Vendors, Authors, Assistants, Influencers, and Narrators on both Friday and Saturday of the convention.  

You'll have a dedicated entrance/exit between these two spaces

Use the hospitality lounge as needed - we'll have volunteers on standby to cover or help with your booth.

Volunteers

  1. Groups of exhibitors will have an assigned volunteer.  This volunteer is there to step in and attend or help with your booth as needed.

  2. A Hospitality volunteer will be going between the convention and Hospitality lounge and bringing requested items directly to you

  3. Others will be constantly walking the convention floor with carts of water and packaged snacks. 

 

 

 

 

Accessibility

*If you need an accessible hotel room they are available but please reach out before booking your stay.  

ENTRY FROM HOTEL - accessible via elevator or stairs if coming from Embassy Suites Hotel.  

ENTRY FROM PARKING - zero-entry approach and covered drop-off for attendees who have requested accessibility accommodations.

Influencer  details

We are looking for a team of Bookish Content Creators to help us spread the word about reveals, event announcements, and author/vendor/sponsor spotlights across all social media to help give Rebels & Realms another great way to connect with readers within the fantasy and dark romance communities!

 

Creators big and small are encouraged to apply!
