Ambassador details

We are looking to build a team of Bookish Ambassadors in 2027.

2026 taught us a lot. Namely that there are a ton of people who genuinely just want to support what we do. So for 2027 we're adjusting to reflect our community. What this means in practice is that you have the option to apply as an Ambassador (aka Influencer/Content Creator) in three different ways, match the content you make better, and can be recognized for your support even if you can't attend in-person.

Creators big and small are encouraged to apply!

About

Event Ambassadors help promote Rebels & Realms through the perspective of an attendee via their social media, before, during, and after the event.

They help spread the word, hype the event, and engage with Rebels & Realms social media posts frequently.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 Social media posts per month
Weekly social media post the four weeks prior to R&R
Participation in group content during the event
Post-event social posts x4
Attend all portions of the event including Arcanum mixer, Friday Party, and Saturday R.E.A.D. Inn event.

Optional +1 for Friday and Saturday night events

Engage with Rebels & Realms's social media posts frequently.
Attend monthly Ambassador meetings when possible
No original content is required.

Hospitality Lounge

This break space will be available to all Vendors, Authors, Assistants, Ambassadors, and Narrators on both Friday and Saturday of the convention.

You'll have a dedicated entrance/exit between these two spaces

Use the hospitality lounge as needed - we'll have volunteers on standby to cover or help with your booth.

Volunteers

Groups of exhibitors will have an assigned volunteer. This volunteer is there to step in and attend or help with your booth as needed.
A Hospitality volunteer will be going between the convention and Hospitality lounge and bringing requested items directly to you
Others will be constantly walking the convention floor with carts of water and packaged snacks.
