SPONSOR OPPORTUNITY INTEREST (check all that apply) : Our goal is to create space in our schedule for our exhibitors to get more from their experiences with their audiences. Have other ideas? Comment below and we'll do everything we can to help!

Presenting Sponsor ($500+) - This level is for those wanting to contribute swag bag items, or sponsor convention elements like photo booths, author hospitality, accessibility lounge, cart check, etc. The total financial contribution would be determined between host and sponsor

Book Exchange Booth ($500) - A double booth (10x20) where attendees are encouraged to bring their pre-loved books and explore titles that others love. This is a bring one, take one exchange. No selling of books will take place. Open to modification.

Panel /Q&A Sponsor ($500-$2000) - Cost varies based on the number of free tickets at the sponsors discretion and size of room needed. Panelists, Moderator, and topic(s) at sponsors discretion* Chairs, Stage, Tables, Sponsor Signage, and AV equipment included Largest space available seats 1100 with room for a stage.

Saturday Night Party/Ball ($1000+) - No convention activities or events are currently planned for Saturday after 6pm. Largest event space available accommodates up to 800 people @ round tables (other configurations available) Exclusivity, Theming, decor, food, etc. are at sponsors discretion. Base cost covers room, tables/chairs, stage, and av equipment.

Sunday Brunch & Panel or Special Guest Speaker ($1000+) - tentatively scheduled as a separately ticketed event where brunch is catered though all details are flexible and we're happy to discuss alternatives as well.

Trial of Fates: A Rebels & Realms After Party (Friday Night) - Planned to be a heavily themed event with a bar, stage, DJ, large games, and booths for an oracle/fortune teller, and the like. Welcoming sponsored elements (bar, swag bags, giveaways, etc.) but are subject to host approval.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING: Rebels & Realms uses the 3rd party platform, Mailchimp, for newsletters and WhatsApp communities for more frequent communications. If selected as an exhibitor for Rebels & Realms 2026 the information provided above will be added to the previously stated communications channels.

ALL EXHIBITORS

All selected exhibitors will be listed in alphabetical order on their corresponding lineup page that will include a small image and link of their choosing.

In addition to being displayed on our website, you can expect Rebels & Realms to include you in their social media updates on attending Vendors/Authors/Influencers/Narrators.

EXHIBITORS WHO SPONSOR

Should exhibitors choose to become a sponsor, their image along with all social links will be featured at the top of their corresponding lineup page.

Sponsors can expect, at a minimum, monthly featured posts on each platform with final terms to be negotiated between the host and sponsor.
